Canadian music week is coming up. One of the (maybe THE) biggest metal events of the festivities is

But, apparently, it's not just Canadian music week that's featuring metal in March. Turns out that we're now kicking off the third annual “March is Metal Month,” a campaign to encourage metal fans to head out to some independent music retailers and do some shopping. Participating stores will have a special "March is Metal Month" CD sampler available, "which includes hotly anticipated pre-release tracks from Winds of Plague, Cradle of Filth, Agnostic Front and Kill Corps," among other interesting goodies and contests.
