We started the show with some new releases (Canadian and otherwise), threw in a couple of bands with Record Store Day releases, plus a few bands hitting the area in live form (Cauchemar, The Visit, Behemoth). For global metal^, we traveled to South Korea. And for simulated meat* we responded to Adrien Begrand's definition of metal in terms of "power" by exploring some expressions of power that deviate from the aggressive, masculine form.
