KEEW playlist for July 10, 2013

We were back on the air with a new Kill Eat Exploit the Weak episode for July 10, featuring the usual new metal releases, tracks from bands playing shows in the area, plus some choice songs from the archive. We set up this week's "simulated meat"* with a few selections focusing on the psychedelic and folky end of the new metal/hard rock spectrum then delved even deeper into the realm of acoustic/folk offshoots (plus a dark folky track I was into around the same time I was getting serious about underground metal).

We'd hoped to play some new Misery Signals in support of their July 14 at Club Absinthe with The Color Morale, Elitist, Intervals and The Kindred, but technical difficulties intervened. Another time, then.
